Silverdale Dental Clinic was constructed for a diverse family of dental professionals with multi-specialty general practices with a wide range of dental services. MLA Engineering provided structural engineering services for the schematic design phase through construction documents and services during construction. The project consisted of a two-story clinic with basement parking, a one-story retail building and site features such as a reinforced concrete gravity retaining wall, concrete curbs, seating, and wood trellis.
