East Howe Steps is a 96-unit apartment complex consisting of two buildings and a neighborhood courtyard is located in Seattle's Eastlake neighborhood. Both buildings are four stories. One will be located north of Howe Street and the other will be south of Howe. The project created a new through-block path for Howe Street that connected the I-5 Colonnade Park with the Cheshiahud Lake Union trail.

Apartments include a mix of 32 studios, 52 one-bedroom units and seven two-bedroom units. Five live-work units and two commercial spaces that total more than 3,000 square feet including underground parking for 64 vehicles.

The buildings have multiple courtyards and articulated entries, creating a layered streetscape. Large windows on the street and courtyard-side units bring in a lot of natural light. While a rooftop deck offers views of Lake Union as well as the Seattle skyline.
