The Carlton Winemakers Studio is a shared winemaking facility and is the Pacific Northwest’s first alternating proprietorship and LEED-certified winery. Insulated cast-in-place concrete construction provided the durability and thermal controls that were required from this Oregon winery facility.  By working directly with the owner/developer, the design team provided a cost-effective facility that exceeded his needs and expectations.
