The remodel of the Broadway Northwest Kidney Center included several structural tasks for its existing concrete building. Included there was the addition of two canopies, a new façade on the front face of the building, new railing and gate on parking garage, review of existing structure for installation of high-density storage, depressed slab scale for its concrete floor, design for new decking, and railing at roof top deck. Also added was miscellaneous header and light gage framing design and bracing and structural framing for a new hood and exhaust equipment located on the roof.
